  • In a small number of cases we see this effect cause occasional disconnections between the Carv tracker and the phone. 
  • If you are experiencing this, try moving your phone to a different pocket

The best location for your phone will vary, so try out a few different positions, but in general try and make sure the phone has a clear line of sight to the tracker (for example, carrying it in a front chest pocket and move your trackers to the 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock positions on your boots) to reduce the potential for “body-block” interference.
