If your boots are on the boundary between two Carv sizes, choose the closest size and follow the guidance below depending on whether your inserts are larger or smaller than your boot size.

For inserts that are smaller than your boot size, ensure that you secure the insert centrally in your boot so that there is equal amount of space at the front and back of the boot. You do not exert pressure at the very front or very back of the boot so this should not reduce the functionality of the product.

For inserts that are bigger than your boot size, push the insert as far forward in the boot as possible and allow it to bend slightly at the heel as seen in the diagram below. If the red sticky tab is not securing the insert properly, use some of the extra cable securing tape to help secure the insert, also show below. Use your judgement and if the bending is too severe, you might need a smaller-sized insert.
