Use the table below to find your Carv insert size. You should base this primarily off of your ski boot's Mondopoint size and use the shoe sizes shown on the right as sense checkers.

If your boots are on the boundary between two Carv sizes, choose the smaller size and follow the guidance below when fitting these into your ski boots.

For inserts that are slightly smaller than your boot, ensure that you secure the insert centrally in your boot so that there is equal amount of space at the front and back of the boot. You do not exert pressure at the very front or very back of the boot so this should not reduce the functionality of the product.
