The Carv app will disconnect from your trackers automatically after a short period of inactivity and then they will further proceed to go to sleep after 60 minutes of inactivity.
To wake them up the following day, simply plug your trackers back into your Carv sensors. If you have left your trackers plugged into your Carv sensors overnight then you will need to unplug and plug your trackers back into the sensors.
Unpairing your trackers
If you are unable to pair to your trackers despite them being fully charged then we would recommend that you unpair your trackers from your Carv app before proceeding to pair them once more.
To unpair your trackers:
Select “More’ in the bottom right hand corner of the screen
Once there, click on the "Setup Carv" tab at the top of the screen
Select “Setup Left”
Then tap the three dots/cog icon in the top right of the screen followed by “Unpair”
You will then be given the option to select “Both” to unpair both trackers

Hibernate Mode
If you will not be using Carv for an extended period, you can manually put them into hibernate mode.
Please note before putting trackers into hibernate mode: the only way to wake up your trackers is to plug them into an electrical source (start charging them again). They will not wake up when you plug them into the Carv sensor.
To put your trackers into hibernate mode, follow these steps on the Carv app:
Select “More’ in the bottom right hand corner of the screen
Once there, click on the "Setup Carv" tab at the top of the screen
Select “Setup Left”
Then tap the three dots/cog icon in the top right of the screen followed by “Hibernate”
You can then select “Both” to put both trackers into hibernate mode
Your trackers will need to be disconnected from the inserts to be put into hibernate mode
