Sometimes your devices bluetooth cache can cause problems while connecting to or updating your trackers. A common solution to a lot of bluetooth issues is to clear this bluetooth cache.

Step 1: Turn Bluetooth off, and then on again

Step 2: Clear Bluetooth Cache:

Settings -> Apps and notifications -> see all <number> apps -> three dots top right -> Show system -> Scroll down to find 'Bluetooth' and tap it -> Storage and cache -> Clear cache -> Clear storage
