How do I manage my Carv Membership?

Your subscription payments for the Carv Membership are managed through Recharge - our external subscription management platform. This is separate to your Carv account and is linked to your original purchase.

You can make changes to your Carv subscription at any time such as; cancel your membership, amend payment details and view payment history. If you would like to make any changes to your subscription, please contact our customer support team on [email protected].

How do I create a Carv account?

To create a Carv account you will need to download the latest version of the Carv App from the Google Play Store or App Store. After downloading the app, you will be prompted to login or sign up.

To sign up simply enter your name, email address and create a password. You will also have the option to sign in with Apple and Facebook, though do make sure you're familiar with the email address associated with these accounts before selecting either of those options.

In order to activate your membership, you will be prompted for a membership activation code, which will be emailed to you shortly after completing your purchase. Simply enter the code to start your membership and access our exclusive Carv membership content.

Lastly, the app will walk you through the installation of your Carv inserts under the 'Setup Carv' window, which can be found under 'More'. Once complete, you're ready to go skiing!

I wish to upgrade my membership plan. Can I do that?

Absolutely! If you would like to change your current membership plan, our customer support team would be happy to arrange this for you. Simply contact us via the button below including your name, email and order number. Please also include the membership plan length you wish to swap to in your enquiry so that the team can best advise you on how to proceed.
