How do I manage my Carv membership?

Your subscription payments for the Carv Membership are managed through Recharge - our external subscription management platform. This is separate to your Carv account and is linked to your original purchase. You will be able to make changes to your Carv subscription at any time, such as: cancel your membership, amend payment details and view payment history. If you would like to make any changes to your subscription, please contact our customer support team on [email protected].

How do I create a Carv account?

To create a Carv account you will need to download the latest version of the Carv App from the Google Play Store or App Store. After downloading the app, you will be prompted to login or sign up.

To sign up simply enter your name, email address and create a password. You will also have the option to sign in with Apple and Facebook, though do make sure you're familiar with the email address associated with these accounts before selecting either of those options.

The app will then walk you through the installation of Carv into your ski boots and the sensor calibration. Once complete, you're ready to go skiing and receive real-time instruction and our latest coaching content!
