How do I activate my membership?
When you download the Carv app for the first time, you will be asked to create an account and enter a Membership Activation code.
In advance of our latest app release all new Carv customers will receive a Membership Activation Code sent to the email address at which the original purchase was made. You will need to input this into the app when prompted in order to register your new Carv account as a membership account, thus granting you access to all of Carv’s exclusive membership content.
How do I update my app?
Most smartphones now automatically update Apps when an update becomes available. If you do not have automatic downloads enabled, simply search Carv within your App Store/Play Store and you will be able to update your Carv app accordingly.
The new app version is 5.0.3
What do I do if the Carv update is not showing?
If the App Store is not showing the option to update, we would advise you to delete the App and reinstall it which will ensure that you are running the latest version. If you log back in with your same email credentials, this will redirect you back to your account.
Why has my renewal date changed?
For those who ordered and received Carv before our app launch, we are happy to let you know that we have pushed back the renewal date of all Carv memberships to the App launch date on 10th of November, in order to ensure all members have the full year to enjoy all of the new Carv features. This effectively means that your membership goes live simultaneously with the new App update on the 10th November 2021 and you have 12/24 months from this date until your next renewal.
I'm having problems entering my activation code. What do I do?
Activating your Carv membership should be a seamless experience however if you do encounter any problems, our customer support team are on hand to help. You can contact us via the Carv app by selecting "More", followed by "Customer' Support".
