We understand that skiing can be an uncertain sport at the best of times, particularly amidst a global pandemic. As such, we are introducing Carv Coverage.

We wish to reassure our community of Carvers that we are here to help should your ski plans be disrupted this winter by covid or any other exceptional circumstance, including injury.

If you are unable to ski for the whole season, please get in touch with our customer service team upon receiving your Carv subscription renewal reminder (sent via email two weeks prior to your renewal date) and we will ensure your renewal is postponed by 12 months to ensure you get the very most out of your Carv Membership the following season.
